In response to *** *** complaint on Friday 10/21/16.
We reached out to *** *** yesterday Monday 10/24/prior to any knowledge of the complaint to the Revdex.comHis wife brought their pet in for services on Friday 10/21/At the time of that visit we updated the vaccines that the pet
was due for and also did a wellness/annual exam, the cost of the exam was $It was recommended to do a comprehensive blood screening also due to the pets age and also because it was discussed that the pet could benefit from a dental cleaning which requires full anesthesia*** *** elected to proceed with the recommended blood screening which cost $145.40, we did offer a less expensive blood screening which is not as comprehensive, *** *** elected to proceed with the comprehensive panelIn speaking with *** *** on Monday it was discovered that there was a miscommunication in regards to pricing and what the charges were forWe did offer to refund the $exam charge since that was not discussed at the time the appointment was scheduled*** *** said he would let his wife know and if she wanted the refund she would come in*** *** let us know that he file a complaint with the Revdex.com at the end of the call on Monday 10/We let *** *** know we take his feedback seriously and have made the necessary changes to prevent situations like this in the futureWe apologized for the experience that his wife had on Friday 10/21/
