Family Pomeranians

Purchased puppy from them promised delivery and paid extra for home delivery. Upon puppy arrival to shipping company was contacted for $980 to ship
2/16Paid $690 for puppy via moneygram on 2/16 included all shipping and home delivery. Puppy supposedly went to shipping agent morning of 2/17 via Pacific animal air. Within an hour, I was contacted by Pacific animal air that an additional $980 was required for s special shipping crate per their vet. The seller Family Pomeranians (Charles R, I was told was his nsme) never informed me that there could be a possibility of extra funding may be required. He was arguementative and gave me a load of excuses for this issue. Was told by seller and Pacific air puppy would suffer by being left to sit without this crate. Now I feel I am being scammed for additional money and requested full refund of price paid via money gram on 2/16. No resolution just a bunch of excuses.
