Review: I went into the practice for a visit in October of 2012, My insurance company was billed their portion and the remaining bill was to be sent to me within 30 days. I pay my bill with a flex spending card that I have and have done so in other visits to the practice. In March 2013 I recieved a bill from the practice for the remaing portioon and wanted me to pay. I asked why the bill was sent out so late and if the bill was sent out in time I would have paid it through the Flex Spending account. I was told that there was a glitch in the system and it was an error and they did not notice. Now I am be told that I must pay out of pocket. If the Bill was sent out on time and had it not been a issue with the practice billing I would have no issues. I cant make the payment on the card now because I have no funds for 2012.Desired Settlement: Adjust the bill because it was an error on the practice billing department for not sendng out the bill in time.
