I was away for a couple weeks in February, while I was gone our phones would only have gone to voicemail and the messages would have been checked when I got back, typically it's quite slow this time of year, there were a number of voicemails...

and a couple may have been missed, but if shingles had blown off its not under our workmanship warranty and there would be a charge to fix, I do believe there has been an issue before and I explained to the son, [redacted] I believe, that the manufacturer sets the wind warranty on the product and that they should put in a claim, in the event that happens a charge will be applied and the home owner will be reimbursed threw [redacted], again it's not covered under the workmanship warranty and we apologize for any inconvenience while we were away

As you can see the complaint submitted to Revdex.com was sent in in Feb. but I have been trying to get a hold of them for 1-2 months before hand with no response I can understand being away for the 2 weeks in Feb and accept that for an excuse but it still doesn't answer for the the time before that. As for the wind I was told by the company that with the shingles I got on the house there should not be a problem. Yes this is the second time within the last 5 years that I have lost shingles and was told then not to worry they would be there for me and never mentioned cost. I am also curious to why they have not called me since I started dealing with the Revdex.com to resolve this issue knowing that as a customer I still have a problem
