Family Relocation

I was very unhappy with this company.I recently moved from michigan to georgia and I contracted family relocation to pack and move my furniture and belongingsthey came to my home in michigan and gave me an estimatetheir price was lower than my other estimates so I decided to hire them..looking back I wish I had done a little research first they were suppose to set aside days to get my belongings packed and loaded the only problem was they showed up a day and a half late.after calling them to find out what the problem was I was informed that their main employee hadn't showed up for work because he had worked till am the previous day.well thats all well and good but they had these days set aside I wasn't interested in their excuses..when they finally did show up they were very unprofessional as some of my belongings were not packed correctly..they had packed groceries in the same box as my dog grooming tools and other items then threw a bottle of bleach on top which had leaked on top of everything..I had to throw everything away..they had given me a window of ten days to get everything delivered and it took days most of this time I had to stay in a motel.its not easy staying in a motel with three dogswhen they finally delivered my furniture there were parts missing to of my tablesthe patio table I could not get parts for so I had to throw the whole set awaymy sofa had orange spots and mold on it probably from sitting in their hot warehouse for days before it was even picked up they told me they would have someone come out and repair it and then they told me they could not find anyone because it had to be cleaned a certain way.this was a very expensive sofa .I ended up just giving it away.the money I saved by using this company ended up costing me a lot more in the long run
