I am rejecting this response because: This is Bull My trailer was never damage by me It was all done by them I think this is BULL ----

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11974114, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThank you for the follow up Shortly after my complaint to the Revdex.com, the owner called me and offered to resolve the
situation All is good thank you

Revdex.com Shaw Lane Fresno, CA 93711 Attn: Bertha Bejarano RE: ID 1288E697 Indeed Mr***'s trailer has been in our service department a few timesIt has been here for different problems each time_ On his most recent visit, he dropped it off with no
appointment on Monday May 28, which happened to be Memorial Day and our service department was closedHis main issue that he is blaming us-for, in our professional opinion, is due to impact to the side of the trailerWe cannot be held responsible for a customer's accidentsAs a courtesy we would have fixed the problem if the following never took place. Mr*** returned on Tuesday the 29th of May to speak to cur service teamThey let him know that he needed an appointment and there are other customers with appointments that are in front of himMn *** became belligerentMr*** threatened legal action which is legal right, Mr*** threatened physical violence on my Service ManagerAt that point we asked Mr*** to take is trailer and never return. If Mr*** would like compensation under the law we suggest he take this up with the Manufacturer of the trailer. Respectfully,*** ** ***

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/09/01) */
Contact Name and Title: [redacted]
Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Contact Email: [redacted]@familyrvusa.com
Family RV's position is as follows:
Family RV sold Mr. [redacted] a travel trailer. Mr. [redacted] signed a CA-553 non-arbitration...

contract. California is a No Cooling Off state as stated on the contract that Mr. [redacted] signed. Family RV offered to cancel the extended warranty and surface protection that Mr. [redacted] purchased which would lower the amount financed. Mr. [redacted] declined.
The transaction was done according to State and Federal laws. Family RV has done nothing wrong.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/09/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The warranty was added as an agreement but not the contested amount of additional fees in which Family RV included. This statement is incorrect and yes a contract was executed but Family RV also did not comply with contract section 6 for deposit. The dealer did not correctly reflect the terms of this section for a deferred deposit. According to the contract the seller has not fulfilled there obligation and has never terminated the loan.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2015/09/23) */
Family RV position stands. Family RV and its agents deny any wrong doing according to California law.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/05/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the...

business.)
Anyone can post a sign on the wall and take a picture of it. That does' verify that it was posted several years ago when I was in the office How many people sit there and read all the signs posted on the wall. It also doesn't justify the amount they are keeping as a fee since the owner of the contract doesn't have the option to handle it with Cornerstone themselves.
I feel this business is excessive in their charge and they didn't even respond with my money until I called them on it almost two months later.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2016/05/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I would like to see the justification for such a large amount. I have checked with other dealers and they do not charge for this cancellation
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2016/05/27) */
