We purchased 4 smoke alarms in March 2014 at a cost of over $1,600. The batteries in these alarms were "guaranteed" for 10 years. So far, we have had 3 of the alarms go off with a "low battery" signal. This is totally unacceptable. I contacted Crossfire last week about the problem, and have had NO response yet. I am very disappointed in not only the product, but the company and customer service as well. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.
