[redacted] I would like to start off by saying that [redacted] *** also filed a complaint against me with ***, which was found to be unwarranted, and it was closed out In other words [redacted] was able to verify that I provided her a service according to [redacted] rules as I should haveThe complaint the she filed with [redacted] is not the same as the one that she filed here It seems that every time she tells her story she changes it First of all I have never collected any money from her The money that she paid up front was [redacted] internet service, not [redacted] This money was taken from her debit card by [redacted] I never saw the money, and I had no control over [redacted] decision in charging her for her service I have to follow [redacted] rules as a dealer She called me one day screaming that she wanted a free *** When I started to explain that I would have to see if she was eligible for a free one, she told me that she had been on the phone with [redacted] and they would not give her a free [redacted] so she said that she would make me do so I, as a dealer do not have the ability to give her a free [redacted] There are many lies and much distortion in her complaint She states that she can prove that she paid me $for [redacted] Well, please show me! I bent over backward to take excellent care of her by setting up TV and internet service as she requested I made sure she got every discount available, and she paid $up front for [redacted] [redacted] offer amazing products at the lowest cost and that is what she got I have also verified that she has not had to have service calls on he [redacted] system since I installed it Also, the fact that she called me screaming and then hung up on me, and would not answer my phone call or text afterwards tells me that she has lied about being able to reach me My store is literally around the corner from the trailer park that she lives in It would be very easy for her to find me any day of the week I have a reputation for taking care of my customers in this area for the past years I do not appreciate her lies I can prove what I did for her She however can only prove that she has lied on me [redacted] needs to understand that she will not get any better service or product than what she has gotten, however, I will not allow her lies to continue If I hear any more from her, I will see her in court, where I will prove that I did exactly what I was supposed to, and she has done nothing but liePlease note, I am keeping a copy of this along with all other paperworkPlease make sure when you publish this and forward it to [redacted] do not leave anything out [redacted] Thank you
