This would appear as an inquiry rather than a complaint, and therefore should not be counted as a complaint for us. I do show that we have discussed this inquiry with Mr *** *** last week, and we have made arrangements to meet with Mr ***. Mr ***, who initiated this inquiry,

To Whom it May Concern We spoke with Mrs *** December 12th and 13th. She called us stating we billed her $24.95. Our records did not show that so we requested she provide information showing the charge. Mrs *** faxed us a copy of her bank statement. The
$charge was from a different company. A phone number was listed on the statement so we suggested she contact that company in regards to the charge and refunded a charge of $and $that was charged by us. Sincerely Family Savings

by a female who identified herself as Mr***'s fiance, and listed Mr*** *** as the contact reference for her accountAdditionally, Mr***'s fiance provided Mr***'s address and phone number listed within the complaint
Family Savings processed the monthly payments authorized by Mr***'s fiance for nine consecutive months without issue or any cancellation request from Mr*** or his fianceOn August 24, 2015, Mr*** contacted Family Savings to request a refundThis call was followed by a call from Mr***'s fiance who listened to the recording of her placing the order and requested that the account be cancelledPursuant to Mr***'s fiance's request, Family Savings immediately cancelled her order
According to Mr***'s complaint, the charges processed by Family Savings were unauthorizedWhile it may be true that Mr*** did not authorize his fiance to use his card to place the order, Family Savings cannot and will not assume any responsibility for Mr***'s fiance's actionsFurthermore, Family Savings denies any wrongdoing with respect to this entire situationDespite this, Family Savings has refunded all payments received by Family Savings for the order placed by Mr***'s fianceAccordingly, Family Savings now considers this matter closed and we thank the Revdex.com for this opportunity to explain the facts behind this complaintThank you and please feel free to contact Family Savings with any additional questions

? To Whom it May Concern? Our records, as well as Ms ***'s complaint, show that Ms *** hung up at the beginning of conversation with us.? Had she stayed on the call,? we would have directed customer to the website to claim the Reward offered on the postcard at no
obligation.? The confusion seems to have resulted? from that.? We would gladly provide that information to her if she would like to contact us.? Sincerely, Family Savings?
