To Whom it May Concern? ? We spoke with Mrs [redacted] December 12th and 13th.? She called us stating we billed her $24.95.? Our records did not show that so we requested she provide information showing the charge.? Mrs [redacted] faxed us a copy of her bank statement.? The $charge was from a different company.? A phone number was listed on the statement so we suggested she contact that company in regards to the charge and refunded a charge of $and $that was charged by us.? ? Sincerely? ? Family Savings?

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/03) */ Dear Ms [redacted] Thank you for contacting Family Savings, Incregarding the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] As background, Mr [redacted] is not a Family Savings customer Rather, the order in questions was placed on November 11, by a female who identified herself as Mr [redacted] 's fiance, and listed Mr [redacted] as the contact reference for her account Additionally, Mr [redacted] 's fiance provided Mr [redacted] 's address and phone number listed within the complaint Family Savings processed the monthly payments authorized by Mr [redacted] 's fiance for nine consecutive months without issue or any cancellation request from Mr [redacted] or his fiance On August 24, 2015, Mr [redacted] contacted Family Savings to request a refund This call was followed by a call from Mr [redacted] 's fiance who listened to the recording of her placing the order and requested that the account be cancelled Pursuant to Mr [redacted] 's fiance's request, Family Savings immediately cancelled her order According to Mr [redacted] 's complaint, the charges processed by Family Savings were unauthorized While it may be true that Mr [redacted] did not authorize his fiance to use his card to place the order, Family Savings cannot and will not assume any responsibility for Mr [redacted] 's fiance's actions Furthermore, Family Savings denies any wrongdoing with respect to this entire situation Despite this, Family Savings has refunded all payments received by Family Savings for the order placed by Mr [redacted] 's fiance Accordingly, Family Savings now considers this matter closed and we thank the Revdex.com for this opportunity to explain the facts behind this complaint Thank you and please feel free to contact Family Savings with any additional questions Sincerely, Family Savings, Inc Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2015/09/14) */

Had she stayed on the call,? we would have directed customer to the website to claim the Reward offered on the postcard at no obligation.? The confusion seems to have resulted? from that.?
