Review: I saw one of the therapists at this facility as a self-pay patient. When I made the appointment the girl I spoke with said the charge for my initial visit would be $100.00. When their office called about a week later to confirm the appointment she told me the first girl was mistaken and the initial visit was $150.00. I paid the $150.00 and in the month of May I received a statement showing that I was charged $200.00 for the initial visit and that I owed $50 more dollars. I called their billing department and expressed how upset I was that the price kept changing and considering I paid the amount I was told I should not have to pay anymore. She said she would let the office know but I have now received a second statement saying I still owe $50.00. I feel that not only is it bad that I was told different amounts from the beginning because each person seems to have different information as to what I was supposed to be charged but to bill me even more after the fact is unfair. I should not have to pay this balance as I was told first $100 and then $150 and I paid the $150.Desired Settlement: I simply want the $50.00 removed as a balance due from my account.
