I wanted to say thank you to Family Tax Recovery for their excellent service in helping us out. I started my contact with them on Sept. 13/2016 and this morning, Sept. 29, 2016 I received my refund from Revenue Canada in my account from the reassessment they did for me. And as per their specified policy, I only paid them the 33% of my return amount plus HST. I'm very pleased with the quick correspondence I've received every time I've had a question for them and they're very helpful and patient in answering them. They have also been very good at keeping me up to date as their findings progress and when they sent my reassessment in and when my assessment is processed. I would absolutely recommend these folks to help anyone who's interested in having their taxes reviewed.
