In response of complaint [redacted] On ThursFeb 11th [redacted] did bring in [redacted] 's [redacted] pifor installation of new tires after attendant preformed task [redacted] became irrational & beligerent about product Although she wasn't present when buyer/owner purchased tires, attendant provided order inquiry to reassure her When it failed to sedate her uncanny emotions attendant offered an oil change, covering cost Subsequently to the routine task, attendant failed to fully secure plug Noticing the mistake immediately after [redacted] decided to exit premises in an unrealistic manner at a high rate of speed Attendant called [redacted] to explain situation She stated she pulled over at motel located meters from Family Tires ( [redacted] ***) On arrival [redacted] explained "Lights were flashing" on speedometer which is common in contemporary vehicles Apparently in this model truck when the truck feels imminent danger of being compromised sends signals, as a defense mechanism disabling vehicle so it will receive little or no damage.In this case the compression was offset engaging trouble warning signals unaware of potential/unseen issues attendant told owner via phone he will hire 3rd party mechanic to troubleshoot FriFeb 12th owner did com in and meet mechanic comfortable w/ credentials allowed mechanic to inspect vehicle for any potential damage After preforming duties, mechanic advised owner to get codes for free at local automotive shop Asking owner not to drive truck & used one of the other two cars he had claimed at his disposal (meanwhile Family Tires received threats of business & life Consumed by her uncharacteristic threats owners of Family Tires said they didn't want no problems & will pay for any damage they are accusing) Mechanic explained after he received codes he will reset vehicle following Monday Advised again owner not to drive truck Over the course of the weekend Family Tires again experienced numerous threats Attendant also received threats on his life to where state police were called and issued a statement MonFeb 15th once again owner came down to have vehicle assessed After a few minutes mechanic refused to work on [redacted] stating "Mileage has changed," " I can tell they beat this truck over the weekend" "purposefully." Owners were notified & at the request of owners decency to resolve issue at any means dispatched their insurance company to resolve problem To my knowledge issue was resolved & customer were well compensated In retrospect customers were advised from the beginning we are a respectful company and any problems they may have would/will be taken care of Our morals of the customer is always right has fashionably accredited Family Tires with outstanding relationships with the public The few issues that have all been resolved & taken responsibility for faults have indeed accumulated trust that have made disgruntled customers repeat customers & client of Family Tires
