Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Though I have now received my plates as of 3/15/I did not receive an explanation for the delay, nor a refund for the monies I lost from the incorrect check they sent me and subsequently canceledIn fact even though I documented calls and multiple emails I did not get a single response until the financing company called and raised hellTo this day [redacted] has not returned the call he promised me over monhs agoI would not recommend doing business with this group under any circumstanceRegards, [redacted]

First- advertising I was given an excellent service when I leased my carThe sales agent stated that if I refer friends and relatives to them, I would get a referral fee if $One of my referrals got a car from themWhen I tried to follow up with the referral, the sales agent [redacted] never returned my callManagement denied that such referral fee was promised I was given the run aroundSomeone said they could give me a $but not a $Never got that either .It was brought up again when I called the office and talked to ***He said that the referral check is with him but never volunteered to mail it Second issue I received a letter regarding my GAP insurance that it was cancelled I was supposed to get a refund if $from Family ToyotaOf course I got worried so I called the company Protective Asset ProtectionI was referred to Ethnos Group who services Family Toyota 's GAP insurance I was informed that Family Toyota submitted two Gap insuran

Over days ago......yes going on months I purchased a Chrysler 300sThe process of purchasing the vehicle wasn't bad, but what has happened since has left the absolute worst taste in my mouthIt has been over days and I STILL do not have license plates or registration I have called multiple times and been blown off and treated as if its not a big deal that I am now on what will be the THIRD paper tagI have requested a timeframe for my plates and GOT NOTHINGJust told they will get here when they get here To add insult to injury I received a "REFUND CHECK" totaling just over $dollars randomly in the mailIt stated it was a refund of TTLI cashed the check, only for FAMILY TOYOTA OF ARLINGTON t place a stop check on it costing me a FEE from my bank I called [redacted] to try and get some answers as to why this happened and to get my plates, and he assured me he would fix it and get back to me no later than 9:30am the following morning When I did not

I purchased a Toyota runner at their facility in JulyDuring the process, they charged me an extra $that they claim was for dents and dings and new key fob replacementThey were not upfront about the additional cost, and it wasn't outlined easily in the paperwork the salesman gave me When I inquired why I was having to pay for an in house warranty that I didn't want, and given the fact that I do not live in Texas so wouldn't be able to use it, I was told it was not an option I had to buy itAnother salesman came over and literally said "they have to make money off of you somehow" I also told my sales man that during the test drive that the vehicle had a vibration int he steering wheel, and a shudder when it drove A week later I came back to pick up the vehicle, I had to get back to my home and they didn't bother detailing the vehicle for delivery, nor did they do any work on the shudder or vibration the wheel had from where the wheels needed balancedThe sticker had

Took my truck in for warranty work and while it was there for weeks I was repeatedly lied toFrom the writers saying that the noise it was making was and about the work that was being preformed Once I got the truck back I had personal items missing and the alignment was not preformed after removing the control armsThe dealer sent a fake alignment sheet dated weeks before I picked up my truck saying that the did the workSpoke with Matt *** the GM and he could care less about what is happening in the service department If you want your vehicle to be in the same condition as when you take it in and all your personal items to still be in it take it else where

On the printing for the RoadVantage, it is stated that the purchase of a car did not require purchase of RoadVantageThis place makes it look like you are getting a deal, but then tap this extra, unnecessary fee of

Good morning,I was able to reach *** this morning and we're all on the same page nowOur referral policy is a $amount, but since a ball was dropped we're taking care of that and a $check is being mailed out nowWe looked into the issue with the gap insurance policy, and found that
two policies were turned in, but only one was paid forThe second policy was cancelled and the letter quoting a refund was sent out in errorThe second policy being cancelled just evened out the extra payment that was made to it

I purchased a Camry SE from this dealership and was given a certain sale priceWhile doing the paperwork with the finance person myself and my husband clearly told him that we did not want any added warranties and declined all of themWe were told what our payment would be without any warranties added to the sale price and we signed the sale documentsLater on we realized that he had added on a Road Vantage charge of $to the sale price without disclosing it to us at any point of the conversationHe fraudulently slipped in that form and had me sign it unsuspectinglyHe never mentioned the warranty nor explained how it works nor gave us any information about it
When my husband approached them they tried to tell him that it is part of the sale and everyone has to buy it whereas the form clearly states that it is optional and is not required for the purchaseThey have flat out refused to help and gave different fake reasons including the fact that I had signed the documen

I am rejecting this response because: Though I have now received my plates as of 3/15/17. I did not receive an explanation for the delay, nor a refund for the monies I lost from the incorrect check they sent me and subsequently canceled. In fact even though I documented 13 calls and multiple emails I did not get a single response until the financing company called and raised hell. To this day [redacted] has not returned the call he promised me over 2 monhs ago. I would not recommend doing business with this group under any circumstance. Regards,
