9/28/16   In response to [redacted]’s complaint about the electrical issue that caused the service event on 8/29/16. The vehicle was in for routine service on 8/27 that was comprised of State and Emissions Inspection, oil change, and brake pad replacement. At no point was there any indication...

of any other issue with the vehicle. The vehicle went through the Emission and State Inspection process without a problem. The vehicle is a 2008 Saturn with just over 100K miles. As I stated to [redacted] – if there was or going to be a problem with his vehicle it would have been realized at the time of the service not a day or two later. Bryner Chevrolet has been in the business of servicing customers for more than 85 years. We certainly recognize that customers are why we exist in today’s business world. Even when an issue is not necessarily our fault it still is our problem. What I can offer to help resolve this issue is a credit of $276.00 on [redacted]’s Preferred Owner Account. I am rejecting this response because:
It is laughable that Ed B[redacted] says that offering me additional service is the best that he and Bryner Chevrolet can do. This is an egregious and disgusting company and on top of all of this, he couldn't even spell my name correctly. GM, Ed and anyone else associated with this shady dealership should be ashamed of themselves. With someone like Ed being at the top in this type of situation,  I see why the service and subsequent "nothing" response is standard. I will gladly NEVER buy, lease or even consider anything GM and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. Please point out to Ed B[redacted] how I was considerate enough to spell all words and names correctly. Hopefully, he can at least address that issue.

I contacted Ms. [redacted] yesterday morning 1-8-18. I was going to have her bring the vehicle back the afternoon of 1/8/18 and I would loan her a vehicle for the inconvenience. We found this morning the code set was for a barometric sensor issue. The technician found a loose connector at that sensor. When...

he drag checked the terminals the terminals seemed to show wear. I instructed the tech to replace the connector. I will take care of the charge for the diag. parts, labor and rental for the owners inconvenience... The vehicle will be ready for her pick up this afternoon 1/9/18.
