After putting my garbage cans in the same location since it suddenly became an issue for this service related company to walk feet to collect the cansTheir idea of communicating is a hand written note on a scrap of paper left under the lid on my garbage can and placed in the middle of my drivewayI tried on multiple occasions to contact the company to explain whyThey either did not answer the phone during business hours or when I did get through I was cut off or hung up onI left a voice message explaining why I place my cans against the fence steps away from the roadway as I am tired of my cans getting knocked over due to wind, the slope of the land and or cars hitting themI got no response of any kind until two weeks later in the form of another hand written note that stated "Please put your cans out by the road like everyone else." I promptly took photos of my next door neighbors cans placed neatly back in their pickup location that is equal distance away from the road as mineIt was also noted through a conversation with that neighbor that no notes about the cans had ever been posted on his cansOnly a note that he had not paid his bill which was found to be an error on MD systems billing as his bill is auto draftedAgain I called MD systems office and explained who I was and that I had made other attempts to explain my need to put the cans where I didI was told (rather rudely) that I needed to speak to the "driver." I said no, I need to speak to the managerI was told that the manager was the driverWhen I asked if I could talk to one of the owners named Derek I was told that he was one of the drivers and was out on the route drivingI explained that in well over years of paying for their service on time (at different locations) it was odd that all the sudden it was problem to walk or less steps to get my cansI also explained I had never once complained that their employees had destroyed some metal cans and lids, not completely emptied my garbage, scattered garbage at the curbside, roadway and ditch, constantly blocking my driveway with the cans etcI explained that I thought that they had "*** poor" customer service and was accused of cussing the person on the phone directlyI have gone to the extreme to email the owner Derek and let him know how I feel that that I have been singled out (with photographic proof) and to cancel my serviceI have yet to get a response and certainly no refundBeing they have never returned a phone call or email I would say they lack any sort of customer service or ability to reasonably resolve issues with zero communicationI am sure they will dispute this as they did the other complaints but I have their notes and photos on file
This company cancelled service at the end of the second quarter to our neighbourhood after we paid for the whole third qaurter The letter they sent out stated that if you already paid for the quarter, they would automatically refund our moneyWe did not receive a refund for several months so I started trying to reach themI spoke to a couple of different people that all said they would let the correct department know so we can get our refundI asked to speak to the manager and I was told I can leave a message and they would call backThey never didI sent emails and no one ever responded backWe finally received a refund for one monthWe did not receive any services for the third quarter so they owe us for the whole third quarterI believe I gave them plenty of chances to make this right and they failedThey cancelled our service in June and we did not receive the one month refund till February of They owe us for a whole quarter not just the one monthI did not c
During the first part of August, after heavy rains, the truck driver for MD Sytems used our driveway to turn around resulting in 6” rutsThere is a cul-de-sac at the end of our street for this purposeThis was not the first occurrence as we have had this issue a few times throughout the plus years we have used MD Systems as our trash serviceI called (had to leave a message) and asked to speak to a manager about the damage that was done to our drivewayOn August 10th a manager (***) returned my call and what resulted was the most unacceptable and rude interaction between a customer and a service oriented companyAfter I explained the issue, *** initially apologized but then said they would do nothing to fix the damage that had been done and further insinuated that we should have a better drive way that would sustain his truck trafficI told *** that this had happened numerous times before and that I did not think another apology, which was the previous responses, w
My trash bin was not picked up on scheduled date (Tuesday mornings) Took days (Thursday) to get a hold of someone They said trash bin was not at curbside Of course, that wasn't true I leave home every morning to work at 06:and place the trash bin on the curb When I did get a hold of them, they said they were going to call the driver and get back with me Well, they never got back with meMy wife called them the following morning(Friday) and was greeted very rudely My wife asked for a partial refund of our bill and he (Derrick) refuse He stated that they will be picking up the trash bin altogether I've tried calling again with no one answering the phone I called my bank to cancel automatic bill pay, but was told that the next quarter payment had already been sent If and when I do get a hold of someone, I seriously doubt I will be refunded my money for next quarter Please help!
