I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I received an email from the company showing a new order has been placed for the correct items and will be shippedAs long as the correct items are shipped in a timely manner and delivered I find the resolution is satisfactory to me

The business has emailed me saying the order shipped on Aug They have also provided a tracking number with the expected delivery date of Aug 11,

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI would have to say their "excuses" were unacceptable My first problem is if the necklaces I had ordered were out of stock, Why did they send me four gun necklaces? If the item was out of stock, they should have messaged me and explained that I was willing to wait but I feel their excuse was bogus and frankly unacceptable To top that off, they didn't even send the right amount of necklaces I ordered and they sent 4.Repeated emails and [redacted] posts were NEVER responded to by the company I will never order from this company again, despite the fact that they sent a gift card I will let everyone know that I talk to that Family Treasures is not an honest or trusting company Regards, [redacted]

To whom this may concern, I have investigated this claim with my teamIt is our upmost importance to tend to the customer and provide the best experience from choosing a product on our website to receiving it in the mailThe select item that the customer orderes was greatly backordered due to
its popularityIt takes some time to manufacture our products because we have a lengthly quality control process to check and make sure the products are always company standards. I have reached out to this customer over email twice this week, to let them know the situation more in depth and also we have refunded her 100% and are providing the product to them free of charge to go the extra mile to show how much we care for the end experience of our customer.We now have inventory in stock in our New York based warehouse and are fulfilling backorders for this popular item. I was able to confirm that I received a full refund. Therefore, I supposeyou can call this resolved. However, it is very disappointing that thisbusiness makes empty promises, such as replacement merchandise, and willnot respond to customer concerns unless their hand is forced via a thirdparty such as the Revdex.com. I can't say whether the gift cardis valid or not as I won't use it. I don't trust them to fulfill any futureorders and I just want my nightmare with this business to be over.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
