That is a lie I am not satisfy he didn't even talked to me he put someone else on the phone who treated me really disrespectful they didn't things they were suppose to do the suspension still feels bad I took the truck on a trip and I can feel the passenger tire kind of shaky even my oldest son ask me why the tire/truck felt like that he is only 15 and not a mechanic and he know it wasn't right they didn't reimburse me for all the money I paid to fix the heater which supposedly they fix they wanted me to bring the truck back again to do the tune-up when they were suppose to do that why they had it. again Family trucks and vans is the worst I asked for the GM and [redacted] treated me like a piece of nothing he did not let me talk to the GM or the GM did not wanted to talk to me, on top off all this I had been back to the motor vehicle place three times to extensions on my temporary plates because of the paper work.I have lost many hours of work bringing the truck back in front I have spent money out of my pocket I shouldn't be spending but like rootless [redacted] person said " we have been in business for 40 years you are a nobody to tell us what to do or how of run our business" I don't know how they made it this far if they treat people with problems like they have treated me, or maybe is just discrimination because of my skin color or race.At this point I have not idea what they done to the truck they have never provide it any paper work of any king for things they done.

Customer called in and even though we sold the vehicle As-Is, we tried to help him out.  We did pay for half the cost in repairs and fixed the issues.  The vehicle was operable when we got it here and looked at it. The injectors were not bad per our service department and were only in need...

of the dielectric grease.  The idler, pitman arm, tie rod ends, glow plugs and fuel filter were all inspected. The fuel filter had already been changed out before the sale. The arms parts were ordered from [redacted], Invoice# [redacted]. The parts were not requested to be saved till after the work had already been done and old parts were discarded. The truck was road tested after repairs were made and there was no issues. We drive them at least 3 miles after each completion of services.  We had refunded the money before this complaint, as far as I know, and offered to bring it in so we check things out, and he never came back in.  I am not sure which manager he spoke with, but if he has any concerns or further questions, he is more than welcome to call or come in and discuss with me. Thanks,[redacted], General ManagerFamily Trucks and Vans[redacted]

The vehicle was towed back my expense once already and I have information from two shops that the work claiming to be already completed was not already done.  Dielectric grease was a hack solution for a temporary fix that didn't even last for the ride home.  Why would I tow it back again and spend more money for shaddy work.... I asked for reading on the injectors wich were not provided and I also requested my existing parts be saved so I could confirm the parts were in fact replaced.   That also was not done.   All I recieved confirmation of was an alignment.  Please refund me my money and we can part ways.  Attached are invoices of current issue on the truck

When this vehicle was negotiated with the customers, the agreement was that they were able to get new tires or used tires, at "our discounted cost" date to be determined by the customer. She has been contacted in return numerous times via email...

and phone calls. She called and asked for a manager and I spoke with her to tell her as I looked up her deal from almost a year ago, for her that there was no promises in writing nor nothing implied via the salesmen, or other managers. Our promise is still open. I explained that if she would send me the size tires I would find out our cost and get her a great deal, as I was happy to help. She never called me back since. It appears that she has taken it upon herself to get tires.

I am not aware of this vehicle having issues, nor a complaint. I can speak with customer, but if repairs have been made by another mechanic shop, then there is nothing I can do now to help. I wish they would have talked to me about this.
