against. I would like to apologize to the customer if she feels that she had been disrespected in any way, as that is not the way we do business. In regards to the movie she had been charged for, she may have not received a call from us informing her that it was past due. Although we do attempt to contact our customers to inform them of such things, we do not make contact for every late movie. It is never our intention to purposely charge a customer for any movie that he or she may trot be aware they have our. We are glad to offer and make deals on such late charges due to occurrencds that do not allow customers to return their items on time. Review: I rented a video game from this location on 1/6. The disc didn't work, which is understandable. The upkeep of a rental store makes it impossible to know about all discs at all times. What isn't understandable is how when I got into contact with them 15 minutes later, I was offered only store credit. Furthermore, when I told them I had no interest in using the business again and asked for a refund, I was repeatedly told this was not possible. I feel as if my money was stolen. It's a small amount of money, but the principle still stands.Desired Settlement: Refund of $7.41 to my debit account.
