I was in this place of business on 11/17 at 9:41 attempting to wash my clothes , I talked to the working it was an older lady , I told her that the machine took my money to wash my clothes off my card and I showed her proof to verify what I just told her , she said it was nothing she could do so I asked her to call her manager she said yeah and called him the guy was very rude and nasty saying he wouldn’t do anything that he needed my card number and he would have to wait until because it’s thru a company , anyways I stated to him that , it’s his business and that’s something he would have to handle but I need my money now , he was rude his employee was rude and I want a refund from this establishment

On 11/17 at 9:41(am or pm?) *** states that our credit/debit card machine to add money to her laundry wash card had charged her account but did not transfer to the laundry card. Neither myself or my 1st and 2nd shift employees remember this occurrence since is it not saying if it was in the morning or evening. On our credit/debit machine, there are multiple signs and instructions on how to use it correctly. If the customer *** removed her laundry card before the receipt has printed, it explains the customers account may be charged and not transferred to the laundry card. IF a receipt did not print out, that means the transaction will automatically be canceled and any charge from Family Wash Day will be returned back to her account according to our processing company timeline. If she has disputed the charge with her bank, Family Wash Day automatically gets hit with a charge back meaning, we by default get penalized with a fee on top for the amount charged returning to the customers account.*** stated that I asked for her card information due to our policy with the processing company. in our process we need specific information to send to the company to process a refund.-Name of customer-phone number-date of occurrence-last 4 digits of bank card #-type of card via ***/***/etc-refund amount-actual receipt or copy of the receipt With that information, we email our processing company and they will issue the refund back to the customer in a timely manner.Family Wash Day has no information from this customer to process any type of refund to ***. We will gladly process the refund if we have the proper information to do so. If it has been disputed by her bank already then most likely it has been refunded to her account. It is out of our hands and there is no need for this complaint.We apologize if there was any type of misunderstanding and hope *** can return as a satisfied customer.Thank you.-Edward LFamily Wash Day
