Review: I had attended a presentation by this company on retirement planning to see if this company was right for me. I felt this company was not being truthful based on a number of key factors, e.g. clients represented, stories of unbelievable deals and returns on investment, the list goes on.
I did not take them up on their offer and left. They continued to call me and send me emails. I told them I was not interested. I unsubscribed from their emails multiple times and they still continue to harass me with calls and emails.
I sent them an email specifically asking to be removed from their list, but still I get emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter of apology and for them to take me off all their lists and to stop harassing me.

You also mentioned stories of unbelievable deals and investments, and I am also seeking understanding as to what you are referring to. Regarding the email that we sent after the event, we do send a thank you note to those that attend, but we never want to bother folks that don't want to hear from us. We are too busy helping folks that are interested. I am showing that our email system correctly recorded your unsubscription, and you should never receive any correspondence from our firm ever again. If you received any additional email after your unsubscription, then I certainly apologize for that.
