I ordered items and I saw message fast and free shippingI received order details right after confirmation and they took money from my credit card right awayI never received my orderAfter days I called them(XXX-XXX-XXXX)Somebody told me that they do not have the items I orderedThen I asked why they put that items on website and why website allow me submit my order, she answered that they are not factory(meaningless response)She spoke very calm(no apologize)When I asked her why they do not told me about that before and why they charged money she say "ok we'll refund your money"
