right to get any money backfrom Famous Auto Sales. I bought the car on 4/6/2015 from [redacted] Auction for $14135 plus $100 expense and sold it for $15500. I did not even make that much profit from this car, but when she came after one year in my office for a full refund after putting 10.000miles on the car and crashed the side of it, realized her expectations make no sense. I still wanted to make her happy I offered her $500 but she didn't accept, her and her husband asked me to buy another car for them and trade this car I accepted but they did not come back to look at the new car. My decision to come to a fair agreement is to write her a $500 as a favor because she is a client, but I don't want to do any other business with these people. official policy is that the Title would be mailed out within 2 weeks of the date of sale. This is to ensure the personal check clears and that the customer is fully satisfied with the car. We always issue 30 days tags from the DMV to ensure the customer can drive the vehicle while waiting on the title. We also don't keep our titles in the office for security purposes. We keep them in our bank vault to ensure full safekeeping of the titles. Thus it takes 7-10 days to get the title mailed - hence why we always tell our customers 14 days.We officially sent the title via certified Thail on 11/29/2017. We've attached the receipt to show proof. This was 10 days after the sale which was 4 days faster than we normally send the title. We Communicated with the client the entire time to ensure they had fuli Understanding of when to expect the title. The customer is now claiming that we promised the title much faster, which is untrue. We are very Confused and disappointed that the customer felt the need to complain, especially without warning us.Regards, famous Auto Sales
