Famous Florist - Artistry In Flowers

Review: I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered to her work on her birthday. They did not leave the flowers at the front desk but rather called her later on after business hours. She asked if they could deliver the flowers the next week since she was going out of town the next day. they said they would deliver the next Tuesday. The next Tuesday came and no flowers were delivered. I called them up and spoke to someone who was rude and had a [redacted] call me back. He informed me that the flowers were delivered Monday night at 8pm and a security guard signed for them. This was a lie and they couldn't show me proof of a signature. They then lied to me and said that he spoke to my friend who informed him that the security guard admitted to taking them home. Which was a lie. Anyway he said that the flowers would be delivered the next day. Well this day is over and there are still no flowers. I paid for flowers that were never delivered. They are the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with. I deserve my money refunded or flowers delivered to my friend for her birthday that is now over a week and a half ago. The [redacted] is a liar and is extremely rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this florist to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or I would like the flowers that I paid for to be delivered.
