Our website states payment is issued within 72 hours of receiving the order. We received the order on 6/28/16 and payment was issued on 6/30/16 via [redacted].

I will do what I can to correct the problem, I dropped the ball and apologize for that, and I will do what I can to get back on track. I will give [redacted] and [redacted] a call, to try and work through this with them. I will call 12/16/2015 in the morning.
