Please know that our goal is to provide top quality food and service, and we appreciate our customers letting us know if we fall short of that goal. I have been in contact with the store location, talking with the manager that was on duty the day of [redacted] visit as well as reviewing the store videotape for that day. First, regarding the additional sauce charge, we do allow for a set number of sauces for each strip meal based on the size of the meal. We then charge, at cost, for any sauces requested above that. There are customers that want additional sauces for their breast strips as well as to dip the regular chicken in. However, to keep the price of the dinners down across the menu, we only included the cost of sauces for each of the strip meals. The register person should have relayed the policy to [redacted] if there were any questions. I do apologize to [redacted] on behalf of Lee's Famous Recipe for our employee making her feel disrespected. The employee in question was fulfilling multiple tasks during an extremely busy hour and I do not think she realized how she came across to the customer. She certainly should be courteous and pleasant when working with the customers and this has been address by the store manager.
