To whom it may concern, I had contacted this business on at least different occasions over a week period and each time I was promised a return shipping label so that we could return it to them They said that once they received it, they would send it back to the manufacturer and when the manufacturer refunded the money back to them, they would in turn, credit our card for the amount Not once in any of the conversations did they say that we would have to send it to the manufacturer ourselves Every time they promised a shipping label to my email, I NEVER received anythingAll we asked for was to be able to send it back for credit [redacted] ***

We shipped this part from a distribution center J [redacted] we was contacted by the buyer the motor burned up send a tag to pick it up and give me back all my money.They explained that they went right out and purchased a 2nd motor locally for less money they don't want a replacement they got the same thing cheaper.Our policy as attached states that we would only refund them if they purchased a 2nd motor to replace the defective one.This is not a issue of receiving the wrong part or it being damaged before they installed it.It is up to the manufacture to determine if the motor was installed properly and on the right voltage.We have done nothing wrong please abide by our policy as stated under returns on every page of our site enclosed also is the invoiceThanks Richard G***

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Order placed on 4/after calling ahead to verify part is in stock, called multiple times to follow up, no answering machine and a not available message all times during the day 4/- weeks later, finally get a hold of the rude individual that informs me that the item has not shipped Guy is a complete waste of my time and energy GO ELSEWHERE!! SAVE YOURSELF!!

After giving him my order number, he put me on hold, then came back and said they sent me an e-mail requesting more informationI then informed him that I had already supplied him with all that info and he told me it shippedHe said "Let me look into it and I'll call you back"I waited another days and he hadn't gotten back with me, nor did the part show upSo today, 1/15/2015, I called and talked to [redacted] againHe put me on hold, after a few minutes the line went dead? So I tried calling back and continued to get a message, "The number you dialed cannot be reached from your calling area"? So I tried their 1-number, same thing? So I tried their store in AZ, same thingAfter some research I realized he had blocked my number! Now that is one way to cut down on customer complaintsI then received an e-mail that Famous Parts sent me a refund"

I ordered a part online, mostly because of their claim for FAST SHIPPING
Well, after more than a week and paying for priority shipping, I tried to call and check the status of my orderMy call was met by a rude person who used his name only when answering the phoneI had no idea if I had the right company or notWhen I told him I was checking on my order, I was put on hold for over minutes and then the line went deadI called back SEVERAL times to that number and the other phone numbers shown on the websiteEach line I called went straight to a voicemail box that was fullNot ONCE was I answered by a live personI finally sent an email demanding to know the status of the part and instead of any kind of response, they cancelled my order without any reason, apology or explanationI tried calling again only to have the same runaroundDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYI'm pretty sure it's some loser living in his parent's basement trying to make a quick buck off of people who will let him

I wish I would have seen this site before ordering from these fools. I paid for 1-5 day shipping, only to call four days later to inquire why I did not have a confirmation number yet. I'll spare the details of complete ignorance on their part as to why my part was still not shipped, and just tell you to find a part elsewhere.
