To Whom It Concerns: I do not accept this responseIt is inaccurateFor the last (and final) delivery attempt I was advised delivery would be made first thing in the morningAt 11:30AM the delivery was not madeSince this company was promising me delivery of items every weekend since 6/28/I assumed they had lied again and I left my home to go to my nieces baptismAround 12:I had a missed call from the delivery driverThey did not deliver during the proper times and I advised them I would not be home prior to their delivery attempt The main problem with F&F Furniture is I was promised delivery on 6/28/I moved into a completely vacant apartmentI expressed my concerns about delivery when ordering the furniture (and paying in full)The sales rep assured me that delivery on 6/28/would not be a problemI had to personally contact the furniture store to assure delivery on of the furniture on 6/28/only to find out - at first - they were not intending to deliver anythingI had to "beg" them to deliver furniture and, at that time, was advised they could provide me with Floor Models" and I would receive my "original" furniture when it came inI had furniture in my living room with the tags still on it for weeks before I was advised I could just keep the floor models I was given Representatives at this furniture company promised delivery of the furniture every weekend after June 28thEach weekend I would be waiting at my home for deliveryMany times I had to call to see what the hold up as the furniture company would never call me to advise they were not deliveringCalling was a problem because the voice mails were constantly full! When I would finally reach a representative of the company I was given a variety of excuses: holiday delays, weather delays, management on vacation, Checks weren't sent to delivery driver, etcAfter weekends (and weekdays!) of waiting on furniture that was promised to be delivered and not delivered I had enoughI do not trust this companyI do not want to wait at my home for any more deliveries that will not comeI am doneI would like refunded for the furniture I did not receiveThis furniture was ordered on June 6, it's been over months of living in a home without furniture Also - I can provide a phone log and text log from my phone company to show the many times I've attempted to connect with this furniture company, the manager (Keith) and the delivery driver Thank you for your assistance [redacted] ***

loner frame to keep her matt & box off the floor she was very grateful and willing to wait she said no problemWe picked up the remaining pcs on 8/13/which was her queen sled bed dresser & mirror & her cocktail table & two end tabels our delivery driver called her the nextday to set up final delivery and they set the delivery date for the following Sunday 08-17-as per my diver he went there and no one was home he left his bussiness card along with leaving messages on her cell # since this delivery date she has not picked up her phone I called her myself several times and left messages On 08-19-she did respond to a text that I sent her saying we would like to redeliver her furniture because no one was home when we last came she responed that I had to leave he didnt come the time he said she stated iam a *** I had to go to church so I left I said ok I understand why have you be returning our calls we want to close out your order when can we come back no charge to you she stated I dont want it I her told her all sales are final we have your furniture so may you please just let us deliver she stated she has a new job I said no problem we will come after work or when you are off she said no I dont want it ,SO CUSTOMER IS REFUSING DELIVERY NOT US SHE NEEDS TO ACCEPT DELIVERY BECAUSE WE DONT WANT TO CHARGE HER ANY STORAGE FEES IN ORDER NOT TO CHARGE ANY FEES WE HAVE TO PUT IT BACK IN INVENTORY AND THEN SHE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO COME BACK INSTOCK WE HAVE HAD IT DAYS NOW SINCE AUGUST 13TH .Thank you for bringing this situation to my attentionSincerely,KeithManager

size sails and we gave customer a loaner table and chairs until the one he ordered came in Him and his wife was fine with waiting and they asked for a free futon for waiting and we agreed to there request They where told that the king size headboard & footboard nigthstands & dinning table & chairs are back ordered and once the manufacture got merchandise in we would gladly bring it to them asap but we cannot give them what the company does not have in yetSo at this point they where told we would keep them updated on back ordered items, I SPOKE to *** *** yesterday & today letting her no that she will have all her pcs this month before it is out We was able to get comfirmation from the supplier that the rest our psc are coming in next week so this why I told her before this month he out once we get merchandise in our hands then we will give her the date for this month and we have been in contact with the wife from the beginning .Thank you for bringing this situation to my attention.Simcerely,Keith Manager

I TOLD THEM THIS IS WHAT I WILL DO I WILL GIVE YOU (A FREE NIGHTSTAND RETAIL COST $499). I do not accept this response. It is inaccurate. For the last (and final) delivery attempt I was advised delivery would be made first thing in the morning. At 11:30AM the delivery was not made. Since this company was promising me delivery of items every weekend since 6/28/14 I assumed they had lied again and I left my home to go to my nieces baptism. Around 12:30 I had a missed call from the delivery driver. They did not deliver during the proper times and I advised them I would not be home prior to their delivery attempt.
The main problem with F&F Furniture is I was promised delivery on 6/28/14. I moved into a completely vacant apartment. I expressed my concerns about delivery when ordering the furniture (and paying in full). The sales rep assured me that delivery on 6/28/14 would not be a problem. I had to personally contact the furniture store to assure delivery on of the furniture on 6/28/14 only to find out - at first - they were not intending to deliver anything. I had to "beg" them to deliver furniture and, at that time, was advised they could provide me with Floor Models" and I would receive my "original" furniture when it came in. I had furniture in my living room with the tags still on it for 3 weeks before I was advised I could just keep the floor models I was given.
Representatives at this furniture company promised delivery of the furniture every weekend after June 28th. Each weekend I would be waiting at my home for delivery. Many times I had to call to see what the hold up as the furniture company would never call me to advise they were not delivering. Calling was a problem because the voice mails were constantly full! When I would finally reach a representative of the company I was given a variety of excuses: holiday delays, weather delays, management on vacation, Checks weren't sent to delivery driver, etc. After 10 weekends (and weekdays!) of waiting on furniture that was promised to be delivered and not delivered I had enough. I do not trust this company. I do not want to wait at my home for any more deliveries that will not come. I am done. I would like refunded for the furniture I did not receive. This furniture was ordered on June 6, it's been over 2 months of living in a home without furniture.
Also - I can provide a phone log and text log from my phone company to show the many times I've attempted to connect with this furniture company, the manager (Keith) and the delivery driver.

Review: We purchased several pieces of furniture on 06/06/2014... we were promised a delivery date of 06/14/2014....with paperwork to prove it... it is now 07/19/2014... we have only received a few pieces, we were promised several times our furniture would arrive "next weekend"... today I was told the rest of my furniture would be here, including a free item for my trouble... they AGAIN only delivered a few pieces... I cant even put our bed together because they didnt bring all of it....and also no free item either... ive been kind and patient with Keith (the delivery manager I believe) but today, when I again did not receive my purchased items, I tried to call him and had no luck getting through, so I then got in my car and drove the 40 mins to the store only to find it was closed... this is the WORST customer service I have ever had, I looked up their [redacted] reviews and they are all AWEFUL, I have no idea how they're still in business considering this appears to be a constant problem they have... im out of patience, I need my furniture and any help or action taken by the Revdex.com in my defense would be greatly appreciated. 8/14/2014Dear : Revdex.comI appreciate your letter concerning F&S Customer [redacted] and his sale or delivery.[redacted] received a split delivery the nextday 06-07-14 we delivered 2pc leather sectional king size mattress 2 twin mattress twin bunkbed set dresser & mirror king size sails and we gave customer a loaner table and 4 chairs until the one he ordered came in . Him and his wife was fine with waiting and they asked for a free futon for waiting and we agreed to there request They where told that the king size headboard & footboard nigthstands & dinning table & chairs are back ordered and once the manufacture got merchandise in we would gladly bring it to them asap but we cannot give them what the company does not have in yet. So at this point they where told we would keep them updated on back ordered items, I SPOKE to [redacted] yesterday & today letting her no that she will have all her pcs this month before it is out . We was able to get comfirmation from the supplier that the rest our psc are coming in next week so this why I told her before this month he out once we get merchandise in our hands then we will give her the date for this month and we have been in contact with the wife from the beginning .Thank you for bringing this situation to my attention.Simcerely,Keith Manager
