To whom it may concern: We are responding to the Billing/Collection complaint # [redacted] placed on 9/18/Thank you for taking the time to inform us of this complaintI want to assure you that we here at Famsa Loans adhere to all collection laws and company collection policiesFamsa takes all consumer complaints seriously and it is our intention to find a resolution, because consumer satisfaction is always our goalWe have reviewed the account in question and have determined that the consumer has failed to make the monthly payments on their due date as it was explained to the consumer when the contract was signed on 6/11/Upon further investigation we have been made aware that both the consumer and our branch manager at the present time, failed to inform us that the consumer was currently employed at another competitor in the same type of business as weIt has also been made to our knowledge that, the branch manager who approved the loan at said date stated above has had a long lasting relationship with the consumer and is now employed by the consumer Famsa Loans has made many attempts to collect or make arrangements for a payment to be collected from the consumer and the consumer has failed to follow through with the arrangements madeIf the consumer would like to make contact with us, we can be reached at [redacted] Once again, Thank you for your time Thank You, FAMSA LOANS

I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT FAMSA LOANS SINCE DECEMBER AND HAVE MADE ALL MY PAYMENTS ON TIME WITHOUT LATE FEES I HAVE BEEN VERY CAUTIOUS OF MY CREDIT AND UNTIL THE NEW BRANCH MANAGER RELAYED INFORMATION TO MY SPOUSE WHEN SHE WAS TOLD NOT TO AND ACCOUNT WAS NOT YET DUE I HAD TO FIND OTHER MEANS TO STAY SOME WHERE ELSE WHICH TOOK AWAY FROM MY ABILITY TO PAY FAMSA LOANS THEY DID NOT FOLLOW POLICY BECAUSE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO RELEASE ANY OF MY INFORMATION TO ANYONE AND MY SPOUSE WASN'T LISTED ON MY ACCOUNT AT ALL MY PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PREVIOUS MANAGER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME TAKING CARE OF MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN DOING SO UNTIL MY FINANCIAL SITUATION WAS CRIPPLED BECAUSE OF FAMSA'S MANAGERS NEGLIGENCE THERE HAS BEEN NO BROKEN ARRANGEMENTS WITH FAMSA BECAUSE NO ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND I REFUSE TO ANSWER THE CALLS FROM FAMSA BECAUSE I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGERS ATTITUDE WHEN SHE IS THE ONE WHO MADE THE MISTAKE
