I spent $805 on two pub tables, but cannot get an ETA for their delivery. Every time I call the useless phone number, it rings once then transitions to a busy signal. I also filled out a Testimonial since nobody answers the phone (1-800-503-0288 Hours: 9 - 5 est. Mon - Friday). LOUSY customer service...

Yet on the web site it says this under the Contact us tab: "FanHut.com takes pride in helping out our customers. If you have any questions, stock availability, order status, tracking, or just to say hello, call us and we will answer your questions."

So lease give me an ETA on my order from June 27th: Order ID: 1326256. the only thing I see on the confirmation email is that it will be delivered via UPS ground service

I am OK with the wait but would like to get an idea how long? Please help!

I was emailed a receipt. I tried calling the company to see if my barstool was shipped, and I’m unable to get a hold of them. I ordered 2 other barstools from 2 other companies and I’ve received them already. I either want item I paid $156 for or a refund. Receipt #1326227.

I ordered an item on Dec 4 with expectation of recieving before Christmas and still have not recieved it. Item order 1325457. No tracking number or any type of communication has been given. Hoping I get some communication as to expect it or not by Christmas.

We emailed customer letting them know Manufacture pushed back the delivery date into February and asked if we should keep on order or cancel We can cancel and reimburse payment or keep on order and ship out We have tried contacting customer but have not heard backIf we don't hear back in the next week we will just reimburse customer and not ship product out
