Please view the email chain I already sent to this complainer. Had he come to me within a reasonable amount of time we could have worked with him, but 23 days after an Auction gives us very limited options.  From: P.J. Fanberg - Fanberg Auctions [[redacted]] Sent:...

Thursday, March 24, 2016 7:50 AM To: [redacted] <[redacted]> Subject: RE: young america material handling #4  Good morning,Thank you for your purchase of the lift from the Auction. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for you in this situation. The lift took a full charge (as you noted)  while it was in our Auction and was charged on the morning of the removal without incident. Had there been any indication there were issues, we would have noted those in our description.  This item was operated and charged following our inspection period as well and charged as it should.  I also showed a photo of the item during its charging process showing it properly taking a charge and not indicating an error. It is attached to this email. There is very little an Auctioneer can do if this is first brought to their attention 23 days after the close of the Auction. We pay our Sellers following the Auction and have very little recourse following that payment. I am sure this is not the answer you would like but my options are very limited at this point. Thank you,P.J. FanbergFrom: [redacted]] Sent: Thursday, March 24, 2016 5:23 AM To: P.J. Fanberg - Fanberg Auctions <[redacted]> Subject: FW: young america material handling #4  I would ;ike a response today _____________________________________________ From: [redacted]] Sent: Thursday, March 17, 2016 6:53 AM To: '[redacted]' <[redacted]> Subject: young america material handling #4 I recently purchased a wave lift item number 838 , it was advertised as ours: 1751.7. This is a great little lift. Moves through warehouses and small spaces with ease. Platform lift height of 84". Model Number: WAV50-84. Serial Number [redacted]. Functions as it should. Onboard charger and plugs into regular outlets with extension cord . Well I received it and the battery’s were at full charge I used it for about an hour and it drained the batterys , so I plugged it in to charge it up when I did that there was 2 lights on the charger a yellow one and a red one , the red was was flashing and that says abnormal charging , this is something you forgot to mention in your listing . I called crown service center and they told me when that red light flashes , means the batterys are no good .  Now battery’s for this thing are about $1200 , I understand auctions , but I also think this warning light had to been noticed by who ever charged this thing up , because it is my understanding this place has been closed for a long time ?  I would of never bid what I did , if I had known I would have to buy battery’s , and I will not be able to resell this thing unless I change the battery’s .What do you want to do ? Thanskart
