I did get my money back after all is said and done. I just think a company should stand behind what they make and don't forget about the customer. If I would have heard one thing back from them I would never have contacted my bank or the Revdex.com. Your customer can be your best friend or worst enemy, be kind to them and they will be kind to you.

This customer has sent several emails with aggressive comments about our shipping and delivery time after the purchase. Both which are outlined on our website for any buyer to clearly see as well as in the order confirmation email. His order was shipped as stated which is in our 2-5 business days...

and as soon as he got his tracking email he again sent another harassing email.  As I read his last email I decided to pull his order while awaiting a carrier pickup as I did not like his poor attitude and aggressive emails that were unwarranted. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I'm sure other companies would have done the same to avoid future encounters. Any claims of "refusing to refund" are an absolute outright lie.  I have attached proof of the cancellation of the order and refund at the same exact time on June 13th. It takes 5-10 business days for refunds to process through our merchant.
