Review: On Wednesday, May * I brought laundry to this business that comprised of sheets, towels and some clothing. I received the laundry delivered back to me on Thursday, May *. On the morning of Friday, May * I noticed that there was a pillow case missing. I immediately called the cleaners and they told me they would look for it, but that they give the laundry to a third-party company to deal with and it's unlikely that they have it. and yet I did give everything to them because I made a note. They had the whole day Friday, May *, Saturday, May ** and Monday, May ** (today) in order to search for the pillow case or offer to reimburse me for a new set. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and expensive. The [redacted] of the company was dismissive and would not tell me when he might deal with the issue. Wish I had been able to review the postings on [redacted] prior to using their services.Desired Settlement: A refund for services to my credit card and an additional reimbursement for replacing the pillowcases.

There has been no resolution to today re: reference to complaint ID [redacted], but I don't have time to pursue it. Though this business really needs a few secret shoppers to review its practices.

Review: Three weeks ago I sent in my laundry to get cleaned. I instructed the person who took my laundry, at fancy care, that there was some delicate clothing in the bag and to make a note when sending in my laundry. I received my laundry a few days later to find that many pieces of my lingerie were completely burned and falling apart. I immediately took my clothes back to fancy care to show the person what had happened. I asked him to compensate the damages but he told me it was not his responsibility. He indicated that he sends out the laundry to another company who is responsible for handling and cleaning of the laundry. He said he would speak to the other company on my behalf to try to get the compensation I desired for the value of my clothing. However, the company is unwilling to give me the desired amount. The representative from fancy care told me I must contact the third party cleaners on my own. However, the number he has given me is not working and he is not being helpful. I do not believe it is my responsibility to go the 3rd party cleaners and ask for my money. I am a customer of fancy care and therefore I believe it is the responsibility of fancy cleaner to represent me. They are not treating this matter with any urgency while I have to compensate with the damages of my own clothing. It is very upsetting and I have been waiting for over three weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the clothing which was destroyed, which I valued at $100.
