Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Good morning. Mr. [redacted] does not acknowledge the fact that I maintained from our initial consultation that I would not install irrigation due to issues with the water table on my property. It was never an acceptable option and he was aware of that before he agreed to service my lawn. In fact, it was his suggestion to utilize K31 grass as it would do better without irrigation and was more drought resistant. At no time prior to August 18, 2017 (10 months after the yard was initially serviced by him) did he ever suggest that my yard would fail without irrigation. He made two "by the way" references to irrigation in emails to me prior to that date stating that he could install it if I wanted it. I have retained all email correspondence from [redacted] to back my side of the issue. In addition, he did not follow his own recommended service schedule for my property. I have his email recommending applications in March, April, July and October. He did one application in late April and none again until I tracked him down in July. Finally, He made no attempt to come to my residence to meet with me to discuss any solutions whatsoever. He said that he would come out to meet me, but then sent a registered letter stating that he would no longer service my property. If, as he states in his reply to the Revdex.com, he knew that my yard would fail without irrigation, he was grossly negligent in taking my money and servicing my yard since he was aware from the beginning that I would not be installing irrigation. Everything that I state here is fact. His defense that relies on other properties in the neighborhood with an irrigation system has no merit. I will not be dissuaded by his reference to a lawyer.

Delaware Nursery Landscape Association.   As you can see we take our job and profession very seriously.    Mr. [redacted] was strongly advised, reminded and encouraged to install irrigation as his lawn would not thrive nor would his pesticides work in accordance with their label. Mr. [redacted] did not listen to our recommendations. Once this spring arrived, his yard failed as I stated it would in the fall of 2016.   We applied nutrients at the same rate and time to his lawn just as we did to the several other lawns in his community. All the other yards thrived. Why?  They all have irrigation which we installed. Additionally, the soil in Mr. [redacted]s community is very hard and clay based. This affirms the need for consistent irrigation. Mr. [redacted] stated that he used a lawn sprinkler to irrigate his lawn. Unfortunately that simply will not work.   Mr. [redacted] received all the products he purchased.    We have additional documented emails if needed that state we tried to encourage him to purchase irrigation and also explaining why his yard failed.  I encourage you to visit the Sandstone development in Ellendale DE. We service many yards in there and have also been the community contract to take care the entire common areas. As Delawares voted best Landscape Company we are appalled by the actions of Mr. [redacted].    I am forwarding this email to our attorney at Moore and Rutt. Please direct all future correspondence to them directly. Additionally, posting false and negative reports on the Revdex.com profile will result in further legal action against all parties involved.    Best Regards [redacted] Owner.
