Review: Dog grooming.
1st problem about a year ago dog was not groomed properly, still shedding and was cut on his leg bleeding. Brought dog back they regroomed him. They thought the cut was from brushing. This should have been my warning......
Today dog was brought to be groomed again. He chewed through his $60 leash (he is not a chewer, and I was told he was watched the whole time, so they watched him chew through the leash) and was again still shedding from not being groomed properly. They said his nails were filed but they did not seem it to me. They wanted me to bring him back again to be checked. When I argued about wasting my time to bring him back again, the owner got mad, never offered to replace the leash and hung up on me. I called back to ask her to watch the video and she then told me she would have replaced the leash but that I could just report her to Revdex.com.
It is very disappointing that her work dynamics have changed since she has expanded, I have highly recommended them in the past. But now I will find a new groomer. I don't want to risk my dog not being properly watched or taken care of while in their hands. I have 2 friends who stopped going a couple years ago. Now I wish that I had followed their lead.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the grooming of $53 plus the cost of a replacement leash $60.
