each time it was plugged in*** looked at the power source and told him it wasn't adequate and that he needed to contact an electricianThe well was full of water where the old pump was located as should be when a pump is not runningAll submersible pumps must be stored in water whether it is left in the well or removed for storage elsewhereIf left our of water the seals dry outIn no way did we say or have we ever replaced a client's pump at our cost. on April 28, Mr*** contacted us to say the pump had stopped workingWe returned to the miller's and removed the pump and took it back to our vendorFound he was using an extension cordI contacted Mr*** that a replacement pump would be shipped outI also told Mr*** that their would be a $fee for us taking the old pump to our vendor, and $for picking up the new pump up and installing the replacement pump. Mr*** started talking in a very belligerent, derogatory, and threatening tone to me (***) that he hired us to do a job, and in no way was he going to pay me any more moneyI told Mr*** that I would call him when the new pump arrived and he could pick it up, and then he could take his business else where. up the pumpSh tried to give money to *** saying they would split the $charge with us*** told her no, because he had upset *** the way he had treated her over the phoneWhile *** carried the pump our to her car she asked what if this one failed what should she do, and he pointed to the name of the pump company, Little Giant Pump Coand contact them. Whenever we go to a job site with pump problems we replace the pump with an identical pump
