Review: We purchased various items from this vendor to re-do our bathrooms (tiles, fixtures, etc.) which were installed in or around July 2011. in December 2013 we noticed that the floor tiles were starting to flake and disintegrate, notwithstanding normal usage of the bathroom. The tiles are obviously defective, but the vendor refuses to even inspect them or discuss their responsibility for this.Desired Settlement: The vendor should refund the $1040.00 we spent on these defective tiles, and should also pay for the expenses that replacing the tiles will cause, such as having to replace the in-floor heating that will be destroyed by the replacement process.
