Erin, I find it quite confusing that you are telling me that over extra cookies were sent to me when both Diana and Amy who work for you told me via email that extra were sent in case of breakageBreakage was mentioned never that some of the cookies wouldn't have fortunes in them for the reason of sending extraThere is a big difference between the number and My marketing/trade show event took place on April 19thI don't have anything at this point to send back since the whole idea of using your product was to market myself to the attendeesI had to take the chance and give them out as I wasn't offered any other solution from your team to remedy the situation before the eventI have never disputed the taste or quality of your product I have only disputed the fact of many, many missing fortunesFor that reason, I will still insist on a refund as the fortune was an extremely important part of the cookie!

Hi ***!From your initial complaint I was under the impression we shipped you additional cookies free of charge in addition to the 30-courtesy extras sent with the original orderMy company is just like the 1000's of other small businesses in the US and worldWe make mistakes occasionally, but we also stand on integrityWhen it isn't right, we love having the opportunity to fix itIf it still isn't the way the customer hoped it would be, we ask for the product to be returned and issue a refundThere's no circumstance in any company, anywhere in the world that a customer keeps the product or service they have received, uses it in full for it's intended purpose and then still receives a refund.Since the solutions we offered were not satisfactory, I will refund you for the order in full because I value my companies product, services, reputation and integrity. Additionally, for your next trade show, if you pay for the shipping, I will bake that order completely free of chargeThat's how firmly I believe in who we are as a company and what we provide our customers. I opened up complaint ID ***Fancy Fortune Cookies said that they would refund my money in FebruaryThey have not refunded the $ yet even though I emailed them twicePlease have them refund my money like they said they would.*** ***

Dear [redacted], I am so sorry that this happened. It was on our merchant processors side and therefor we had no means to be able to issue the credits. They went to issue the first set and charged your card instead of crediting it. I apologize and am so sorry that this happened. Were I in your...

shoes, I would be upset as well. With government banking regulations, we maintain PCI compliance and cannot see or access our customers credit card information. There was no way for us to issue the credits ourselves and so we had to go through the company [redacted] to be able to have your card credited. In 36 years of business, I've never had this happen. They have still not been able to provide me with a reason as to why this error occurred.You have been credited back. The check was mailed to the address [redacted] If the customer would like to provide their credit card information or paypal account a refund would be issued today.
