Not a good way to start the new year.  [redacted] & [redacted].  I am willing to give you the opportunity to make things right.  Now it’s up to you.  IF I don’t hear from you, I will continue to post of FB and other social media sites about my experiences with your services, or lack thereof.  (see attachment # 52) Please be advised that check #[redacted] in the amount of $**0.00 was not received by our office until 1/*/2015.  As of today’s date 1/**/2015, this check has not been deposited into out bank account and is still in our possession due to a text message received from [redacted] advising that she put a stop payment on it.  We have been advised by an attorney to respond to this complaint and then deposit the check.  (see attached copy of check with an electronic copy of NY Times with date attachment # 1)Due to the cost of the service in question, we are willing to provide a refund in the amount of $3.00 to [redacted] but find it to be unfair to refund the amount of $40.00 because we did complete the entire job.As well, due to her harassment of our clients, our [redacted] page, other social media and our business we are not willing to go back into her home and redo a job that was already done.  As a Five Star business from every other client who we have booked and have continuously used our services (never lost a client besides [redacted]) we feel as what she has done bashing our name is inappropriate and may have hurt our business. Two other quick side notes.  We had been advised by both [redacted] and [redacted] that even if [redacted] is not home, one of her three very large poodles sleeps in her bed.  As well, on my first visit with [redacted], she had advised that she did not pay her prior housekeeper as they were billing her $**0 and she only felt the need to pay $80, not sure what the resolution of that matter was.If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact us via telephone @ ###-###-#### or via email at [redacted]Sincerely,[redacted] O. [redacted] and [redacted]

Review: I hired this service to clean my home. [redacted], one of the two [redacted]s, came to give me an estimate and schedule the first cleaning. After going through my house it was agreed that she would clean my house weekly at a rate of $80, which was to include vacuuming, changing bed sheets, making beds, mopping and dusting. When she gave me the estimate, she said I would be billed monthly and that if I had to cancel to just let her know ahead of time as much as possible. The first time she came with the other [redacted], her husband. They spent about 3.5 hours at my house and did a very nice job. Prior to leaving she gave me another appointment, 1 pm on 12/**.While I was going to be out of town, I had a dog sitter here and arranged for her to let them in. I was going to cancel it and reschedule for after the holidays, but when I contacted [redacted] about doing so, she said she was going to have to charge me if I canceled so I decided to coordinate my dog sitter to let them in. My dog sitter had another appt. @ 4 that afternoon so they clearly had enough time (3 hours) to clean my house. When I called the dogsitter to see how it was going around 1:30, she said they still had not arrived. [redacted] said, upon my calling her, that she never said 1 pm (although I put it on [redacted] calendar and she accepted the invitation for 1 pm). After she and [redacted] arrived at my home at 2:15 they cleaned and finished by 3:45. I was stunned, especially since [redacted] said it would take them 3 hours. When I s/w [redacted] she insisted I pay them since she now changed her terms to be payment upon service rendered. When I returned from my holidays I came home to an unmade/unchanged bed, yet [redacted] was sure to cash my check of payment in full. I contacted them immediately after confirming with my dog sitter that no one else stayed in my room and [redacted]'s response at no time indicated they would do anything to correct the situation, even after I asked her twice how she was going to handle it. She just never replied.Desired Settlement: I was going to offer them the opportunity to come back and complete the job but after repeatedly texting them, posting on their ** page and calling them I have not received any responses. I do know they got my ** posts and texts b/c they have now blocked me from any further posts on **. I want them to return $40 of the $80 I paid for the full service clean when, in fact, they did only 1/2 a job.

[redacted] @ 6:28PM: “At no time do I ever want NOT want you to change my bed sheets! Thanks! [redacted] @ 6:28PM: “I apologize I thought I was very clear about that and that you understood me fully Thanks! [redacted] @ 6:29PM: And as far as the bed being a mess when you got there, are you suggesting that I should clean up before the cleaning crew comes?!”[redacted] @ 6:29PM: “I’m very puzzled by all of this Thanks! [redacted] @ 6:29PM: “very very puzzled Thanks! [redacted] @ 6:29PM: “ok Thanks! [redacted] @ 6:32PM: “Please let me know how you want to handle this Thanks! [redacted]” The next morning (1/*/2015) while I was working in another clients home, I received the following text message: (please be advised at this point we had not yet received the clients check)[redacted] @ 10:57AM: “So seeing as you don’t want to handle it in a professional manner as evidenced by your non response my attorney has advised me to stop payment on your check. When you come up with a solution contact me. Only then will payment be rendered. Thanks! [redacted]”Upon receiving this message, I began the process of searching for a lawyer to obtain advice as to what we should do in this situation. On Tuesday January *, 2015 @ 2:43PM began the electronic assault on our public [redacted] business page. (see attachments # 26 - 51) Not only did she contact each one of of clients via a review left on our page but also made several new posts and commented on several posts made by us. These comments were made on our page beginning on 1/*/2015 and [redacted]’s last comment was made on 1/*/2015 before she was blocked from our page. After the start of the above attack we then received an email on 1/*/2015 @ 3:02PM advising, “I’d really like to LIKE your FB page but your lack of response to my dissatisfaction in your last visit to my home disables me from doing so. I am pretty stunned that you did offer any type of resolution to the shoddy job you did and instead just quickly cashed the payment I sent in good faith.
