hello my apologize for the late response, had a family emergency when we got off the phone.I had responded to the customer via email and stated for her to return the item and ill give her the full refund.now the customer wants to keep the item and get her money back which is not possible, that will...

I have also stated that the shipping cost will be in the refund since she wanted me to pay for shipping back.. the customer also stated that they called us and emailed and also contacted [redacted] which is  BOLD lie.. if you contacted us or [redacted] we would have defiently handled this before you taking this to Revdex.com but she never contacted us and straight went to you guys.. yet she havent responded to my emails. im not issuing an refund unless I get my item back ONLY FAIR.

I am rejecting this response because: I've already won!!! Funny how (not-so) fancykouture mentions "Jesus" and "God" in the same paragraph where the Revdex.com had to omit words that they deemed inappropriate. That's hilarious. I pray (not-so) fancykouture doesn't praise the Lord with the same tongue they use to spread lies and use words of someone with a very limited vocabulary. I refuse to stoop to that level! I'm better than that... when you entertain clowns you become a part of the circus! Like I said, they're unprofessional. I have always and WILL always support BLACK businesses because most the important thing of all is my money is GREEN just like everyone else's. I guess they thought they were talking to someone on the street, not a paying customer. This is over! I'm done! I got the best of (not-so) fancykouture! I won!
