Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I explained to Angelo on the date I contacted about the defect that the product set around for weeks after receiving while preparations were made to get to that point in my projectThe product its self requires you to cut to length before usingI had to get measurements ready before installingThere was no way to test the entire item without cutting from the main rollI believe I did test it in a reasonable time frame and made contact within days to resolve the issue.Also, I made it very clear from the beginning that a replacement or credit would do me no good based on the time frame of the return processHe told me that this would not be a problemApparently, it wasIf this was a matter of me not liking the product or ordering the wrong thing, I could see not allowing a refundBut when the product is defective and a new item would not be recieved for over a month, a company should refund the customer for the inconvenienceOnce again, this was discussed during first contact after the defect was discoveredAnd was told a refund would not be a problem.I honestly don't see the problem hereI paid for all the shipping, from purchase to returnThe company wouldn't be out any money if I received my refundBasically we just spent months, and $of my money, for me to let them know their product was defectivePlease just do the right thing hereBetter business practices only make a better business. Our policies are very specific due to the nature of the product.  We ask the customer to contact us immediately within 72 hours after receiving the shipment if they found any defects, missing items, etc. upon inspection. A customer can request for return for full refund within 7 days if not satisfied.  After 7 days is passed, we  consider customer accepted the shipment.  The record do indicates that we were contacted 2 weeks after received the shipment.   The product  purchased (1 roll of 150ft , 12Volts, incandescent bulbs) can be tested the whole 150 feet without the needof cutting in smaller length as argued by customer.
