For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The cost for the one celebrity that was in attendance was at a charge of $for his photo opsThis event we were charged $since there were celebritiesThere would be no reason to charge the full price if we are not receiving the full service, and we should not have had to pay almost triple for the same type of event Furthermore, there was no information provided by email, social media, or any other way that this event would still take placeThe only information provided was a Facebook post of the cancellation, and it only said one celebrity cancelled and nothing about the event taking place with just one of the celebritiesThis information was only provided if you happened to see Facebook at the exact right timeThere was no information sent to ticket holders regarding the cancellation nor that part of the event would still take placeMany customers showed up to the event completely unaware of the change because if thisHad we known we would have attempted to show up to the event for the celebrity, but since we were never informed we missed the event entirely We looked everywhere for notification of the change, and even attempted to contact the information booth and they were uninformed and told us it was completely cancelledThere is nothing, written, announcements, or otherwise, that shows the event still took place with only celebrity nor why almost triple was still being charged over his other events Emails were not being answered during the event either This was a complete lack of customer service and charging full price for 1/of the event is poor business, unfair, and unethical. We do not offer refunds. As you will see on the photo op ticket that was purchased (a copy is attached) it clearly says, NO Refunds. The buyer was aware of this when purchasing the tickets and had to click a link saying they agree to this prior to completing the purchase. The Event
was not cancelled, only one of the celebrities cancelled and we posted on our website as well as all social media outlets about the cancellation. We offered a credit towards another show, an exchange for any other photo op or autograph, or a credit to The Nerdy Planet store which was either at the convention or their physical store.
I am sorry but we don't give refunds.

We are in receipt of your complaint against “Fandomfest/Fright Night Entertainment, LLC” regarding the Louisville Fandomfest Event.  First, let me do apologize for the disappointment caused to you by the cancelling of guests.  As stated on Ticketleap, the 3rd party...

ticket provider and on our website, ALL Celebrities/Guests are subject to cancel, it also stated we are not responsible for any cancellations and there are no refunds.  Refunds were offered on any event that was 100% Cancelled.  We reported the cancellations via the website and our social media outlets as soon as we were notified by the guest’s managers.   
Per all of the records you did not purchase any tickets – there was a purchase from another person in your same household who has already filed a complaint.  We have responded to that complaint.  If you could please provide me with ticket numbers and receipts that may help us track your purchases made under [redacted] we would be most appreciative.
