Fanelli Window Pros

We purchased all new replacement windows from this company in 2006, with a lifetime guarantee. The windows, 9 of them were installed. (at a latter date 2009, 2 big bow windows). Out of the 9 windows, we have problems with 5 currently. The one window is broken pieces and does not function. The others, we have issues opening and closing. I have tried to call the company but am told the number is no longer in service and appears they have gone out of business. I really need help with this. I have this lifetime warranty and no "they are not in business". What or who can we contact to help us. This will be a big cost and we do not have those type of funds. We purchase something thinking we will never need to do this again in our life time due to the GREAT WARRANTY and now we have issues and no one to help us. PLease provide direction for us.
