Scam
Placed an order on April 13 I did a follow up to see when my order is coming to my home. The number doesn’t work and I didn’t get an email response either. The recording states The number you called is busy I don’t care when I call or how many times I call I get the same outgoing message. It’s a total scam 1 (800) 503-0288. Thank God I only spent 30 bucks it could’ve been a lot worse

Don't order anything from fan hut-less than 0 stars
Order #1326410. I ordered an item the first week of Aug. and paid with PayPal. The confirmation has no shipping date. I have tried to call day after day for weeks but the phone is always busy. I sent an email by reply to the confirmation and still no response from FanHut. My PayPal continues to say pending. This was a birthday gift to my grandson whose birthday is tomorrow and I now have no gift for him. This is a total scam! I have no way to cancel the order or cancel PayPal payment.

No shipping details
I been waiting for shipment details are tracking number. For three days. No answet when I call. They wont even give away to cancel my order.

I ordered NCAA logo canopies for the start of the football season and was notified that the order was processed and payment made After several weeks, nothing arrived and multiple attempts to contact the company went unanswered Luckily the charges to my credit card never went through, but this company is a scam and nobody should order from them!!!

I ordered three times from these people in october got comfirmation numbers never received tracking info nothing. They are in Virginia and there is no snow on the ground. I have family there. All I want to know is if I am getting it or not. its a gift and if not I will go elsewhere. I have ordered from them before with no problems. As of today I have left eight voice mails with no response

I ordered two items on August 16, 2019, order # 1325036. I received a confirmation email that order was received and was being sent to the warehouse. I have heard NOTHING since that email. I have tried calling on several occasions to get a recoring that all operators are busy. The last time I was told to leae my name and phone number and they would get back to me as soon as possible. I left four messages October 17, 2019. I'm still waiting. What upsets me is I ordered from Fanhut in 2013 and had an excellent experience.

Order Number 1325090. I ordered an item on 9/12/19, received the order confirmation with NO delivery date. I tried calling FanHut today at the listed number on the website, but it continuously states "the number you have dialed is busy". I have PayPal confirmation that my payment was sent to FanHut on 9/12/19. Now, I am requesting PayPal to refund my money since I haven't received product and not able to contact a FanHut representative.

Wondering what PayPal's response was. I have the exact issue, I spent 60 min on the phone with Ken employee 1672467. He was rude and unwilling to help. He tried to spout off several lies. I am just as mad at myself for ordering at fan hut as I am with PayPal for their unwillingness to help.

Haven't recieved my items since Aug 15 its Sept 18. been trying to call them no answer. no tracking sent.

Customer was never charged and we sent an email saying item was out of stock the day after she ordered.  We have 3 feet of snow and have not been able to answer our phones so we apologize but this order was canceled and [redacted] amount was voided out back in December.

Hello,I submitted a complaint today about a company Fan Hut. I just received the item I ordered right after I submitted the complaint. Even though I received my purchase, there customer service is TERRIBLE! So please do what you need to do about their customer service.Thank you

Customer was never charged and payment was voided out of our system due to item being out of stock.  Email was sent regarding.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although, I NEVER received an email from FanHut or a return phone call.

We emailed customer letting them know Manufacture pushed back the delivery date into February and asked if we should keep on order or cancel.  We can cancel and reimburse payment or keep on order and ship out.  We have tried contacting customer but have not heard back. If we don't hear...

back in the next week we will just reimburse customer and not ship product out.

Alert! Do not buy from Fanhut, you will not get your order, they do not answer emails & they will not answer the phone. Cindy Lewis

October 1 2016 I ordered an Eagles Sleeping Bag from Fan Hut. I have called twice and left messages never an answer and have emailed twice no response. No merchandise either. Will notify credit card company and report them for fraudulent activity.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 8/5/14. I received 2 confirmation emails from them. As of 8/18 I still have not received my product. I have made 2 attempts via email and 4 attempts via the phone to contact this company regarding my shipment. There has been no response. What I ordered is time sensitive and if I am not going to get it I want to cancel my order and place it with another company.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or the option to cancel.

Review: I ordered a NFL logo umbrella from an online website. fanhut.com. I was issued an order confirmation number . there was no tracking number sent. after two weeks of not receiving the item, I began to call the number posted on www.fanhut.com. all I receive is a message saying press 1 to speak with a representative. one time I was able to leave a voice message. I left my name, number and order number . no one from fanhut has responded.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this website banned from the internet as it is not a good place to do business with.
