My order got delivered to the wrong address and I spoke to Naiz, who throughout the entire process was kind, helpful and patient. The response time was always within a two hour time period and was more than happy to assist with my issues. Customer service was excellent.

Nikki is hands down one of the best people in any customer service team that I've had the pleasure to talk to and help me through my order issue. I did submit requests 3 times through their website for 3 days with no response but I highly recommend just directly emailing them. Within a few minutes, I was helped out by Nikki and she made the whole process so much easier. It was my first time ever purchasing from them and at first because of the different reviews people had about them, I was skeptical that I wouldn't get a response but Nikki was so quickly to respond, sweet, and understanding through it all! She got me a replacement for the item and let me keep the one that was shipped first. The issue got resolved in a day or two! Thanks Nikki!

I reached out in regards to a discount code that was not applied to my order. They responded within 5 minutes (it might have even been less than that) and said they'd be happy to fix it. They took the discount code from me and within minutes I received a text saying my refund was being processed. They emailed me to follow up and everything was good to go! My first email about the discount went out to them at 9:20 AM and I got the final follow up email at 9:33 AM. Fastest customer service I have ever received!! They are amazing. Thank you guys!!!

I ordered something for my granddaughter and didn't realize til after I placed the order that I had put my address instead of hers. I sent out an email asking if there was any way to fix it. To my surprise - I received a response in about 5 minutes. The person I talked with was Naiz, who was incredibly helpful. Had it fixed in no time. Extremely happy with the customer service.

I will never buy from this company again , I purchased a 45 dollar blanket ,when I received this blanket it was so thin you could see through it , it was also only shipped in a thin packet, also took 10 days to receive. I then contacted customer service as I was upset with the quality ,they asked for pictures so I sent them 4. They then replied that they do not except returns on blankets and offered me a 20% discount on something else. I refused this offer and simply said why did you ask me for pictures to begin with if the policy was no returns of blankets? I also looked on the website and no where did I see no refunds on blankets. I had emailed them at least 10 times about this blanket from the start . I do not believe the awful customer service and how they even run a company .

Y'ALL, FANJOY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. ABSOLUTE TOP OF THE LINE. my bold pup chewed a hole in my BRAND NEW (just received in the mail today) "David's Vlog" hoodie + Nikki processed a new order for me, with absolutely no hesitation & at no extra cost. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Fanjoy's customer service team is unbeatable. My sweatshirt came with a small stain on the back of one of the sleeves, I reached out to the customer service team and within 5 minutes of me reaching out they had resolved the issue. I can't wait to order from them again!
