I paid them to do something. They didnt do it. I'm not wrong to expect compensation for the loss sustained by their negligence nor am I in violation of any laws by insisting on such and/or making my opinion on the matter public. I assume by their statements here that they have no intention of making good on their mistakes. Not a surprise by any stretch of the imagination.
