My Personal Experience With FanPrint!!!!!!!!!!!! 2/19/23
I placed an order with them the last of 11/22 or the very first of 12/22 for a Christmas present. First I was told it would be delivered between 12/9/22-12/14/22. When that passed with no show they then said between 12/15/22-12/20/22. I thought okay it will still be here before Christmas and that was that mattered. After the 20th passed then my e-mail said your package may be lost and I had a link to them for a refund. I told them I really didn't want a refund, I wanted my shirt/replacement sent. They said they don't do replacements and refunded my money anyways. Guess it was lost in space because it still hasn't arrived and it is 2/19/23. I gave them a second try as they do have some really cute sports teams shirts. I ordered a replacement shirt for the one that never got here for a replacement Christmas present though it would be a late present. I ordered it early in the morning on 1/26/23. On 1/27/23 they sent me email saying my order had been shipped and to expect it around 2/3/23 and included a tracking #. All the tracking # kept showing was information received FanPrint with never any mention of the package received from Fan Print at all. I sent them email on 2/14/23 asking about my shirt and did they actually ever take it to UPS because the UPS tracking # said they didn't. They sent me an email once again saying my package was again lost in the mail. They said again they don't do replacements and I would have to reorder and gave me refund. I spent a lot of time looking over their shirts to still have no shirts to show for it. Yes, both times I got my money back, but not my time spent on shopping at their web site with no shirts to show for it. I think I will skip on ordering from them a third time and that is sad because I really liked a lot of their shirts too. Also, I have never heard of a company that doesn't send out replacements for merchandise that is lost in the mail. If I had wanted my money and not a shirt I would have just kept my money, saved my time, and avoided all the waiting and aggravation shopping with this company has caused me with their total lack of customers needs and wants. Shop there at your own risk is all I have to say. Just don't expect to ever get what you ordered and don't expect them to care enough to send you a replacement shirt when you don't get it... P.S. I would include a photo to increase my credibility, but alas after two orders I have no shirts to take pictures of.

Their products are original & creative Delivery was quick I had to make an exchange & their customer service was excellent

I ordered the wrong size on a hoodie that I bought, that was only exasperated after going through the wash and shrinkingEven though it was past their return period and held no responsibility to me since I ordered the wrong size, they were kind enough to make it right by sending me a new oneTheir customer service was very polite and gave timely responses by emailI really appreciate their help and willingness to make sure their customers are happyNot to mention, the hoodie in question was something I'd never seen before and a uniquely awesome concept design Thanks FanPrint!

I had placed an order early this morning, and after I entered my payment info realized I'd added an item I didn't wantI immediately sent an email, and it was corrected within hours...no questions askedNow that's service!

I have placed several orders with FanPrint and they are AWESOME, their products are high quality, excellent delivery, SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE, very quick to answer any questions I will be placing more orders from fanprint - LOVE THEM!!

Ha!!! This company can't tell that a shirt for a woman, medium, does not fit my 10y/of nieceLet alone my wifeTheir sizing is way, way offI do not recommend this website at all

I had a great customer service experience with FanPrint Of no fault of their own, I ordered the wrong size sweatshirt and they quickly and generously resolved the issue in a way that I have not experienced before with other internet retailers

I purchased a Chicago Cub sweatshirt and was concerned on why I had not received it after days I emailed FANPRINT and received a quick reply from Tanya with the answers that I needed In fact, I received the sweatshirt while emailing Tanya I love the sweatshirt and the help that Tanya supplied, I would recommend this business to everyone Thanks Tanya and FANPRINT

I recently placed an order for a t-shirt from FanPrintThere was a mix up on the order, which showed t-shirts instead of Wit the help of their customer service, the order was correctedHowever, FanPrint shipped to me eight t-shirtsI contacted customer service requesting information as to how and where I could return the extra seven t-shirtsI received the following response"It looks like the order was too far along in the ordering process when changes were madeYou are free to keep and pay it forward! Please let us know if you have any additional questions we may be able to help with!" I will PAY IT FORWARD by donating the seven t-shirts to a local charitable organizationIn all my years ordering online, I have never had a company be so generous! I am very impressed with FanPrint and the way they handled this situation! I would highly recommend this company! Their products are great! Their Customer Service is excellent! Thank You "The FanPrint Team"!

I placed an order via e-commerce for a t-shirt on November 24th, The transaction went through on my credit card and funds collected from the companyTomorrow will mark weeks since ordering and I've been trying to get in touch with the company for four days via e-mail, twitter, and Facebook message with zero responseSimply looking for an update on this order and it could not be more frustratingAs someone that works in the service industry I'm appalled at their lack of responseNext step I'll be taking is reporting the charge as fraudulent on my credit cardVery disappointing

I ordered from them as a result of an ad on Facebook I was hesitant but wanted to tryI ordered a customized MLB t-shirtI LOVED the shirt and the quality was goodThe size however was offI emailed customer service and got an immediate response to help me outWithin a week they had a replacement shirt sent out with no additional charges or expenses on my endGreat serviceWill definitely give them more business!

I ordered two Carey Price Hoodies. A medium and a small. They sent me a large and a small. I sent two "respectful" e-mails to them and I filled out the Customer Help Form on their site. I messaged them on FB and sent them pictures of the order from the e-mails. I sent them the order number as well. Pretty easy to check that they made an error. The order was confirmed on Nov 20th. It was made on Nov 22nd. It was shipped on December 8th and arrived on December 12th. YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW FANPRINT has dealt with all of my messages. THEY HAVE TOTALLY IGNORED ME. The last two messages I sent through messenger were not that nice to them. The result of this is I will never order from anyone online again unless it is NHL, Amazon etc. THANK YOU FANPRINT for treating me with the respect that I deserve. You made a huge mistake on the order and you should have fixed it. Ignoring it doesn't make it go away. Today, I am calling VISA. Why should I have to pay for their mixup?

I am having similar problems getting answers to my order placed November 9th. Not getting emails when I inquire on my order being shipped. Funds have been charges to my card since the 9th but have not received order as of yet or an answer why I have not. Ordered W tee-shirts for the big Cubs win in Chicago! Called the company phone number and the customer service extension is a voicemail box that is full. Continue to email with no replies. My order numbers are 35596 and 35639. Should I stop payment on my charge card? FanPrint where are you?

The customer service agent promptly returned my email within 24 hours and worked with me to ensure that I had a great experience with FanPrint. They offered to replace my shirt with the correct sizing at no additional cost. The communication with the customer service agent was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Love the shirts and they have GREAT customer service! I ordered the wrong sizes by accident and they had no problem sending me the correct sizes that I needed even though everything is custom made to the order. I offered to return the shirts that I got that didn't fit and they told me I could keep them or pass [redacted] on to someone else if I wanted and they are shipping me out the correct sizes at no extra charge! I couldn't be happier with this company.

They are also fast to respond via email as well.

I had a problem with one of the items I ordered and emailed FanPrint. They replied with what they needed (a picture of the item).

After reviewing it, they are making a replacement item free of charge, with no additional requirements on my end! Prompt and friendly resolution!

Everything else I have ordered has been great!
