Review: I ordered a baptismal gown from this company online, I ordered a 9 month size gown (My Account through their website shows this size as the one ordered), and I received a 6 month size. It has been over a week since this incorrect item was received - there was no paperwork, not even an invoice, included, thus no instructions on exchange or return. Their website states you need a particular form for return/exchange - but there is no link to this form through their website and obviously none was included in my shipment. The phone number on the website has a full voice mail box, and the only other means of communication with the company that I can find is a form "contact us" email - I have emailed FOUR times, with no response. The website states they respond within 24-48 hours. I found a phone number for a local store in Santa Barbara, but the number is apparently disconnected. I don't understand why I can not get in touch with ANYONE from this company?! The gown is great, just the wrong size - I'm looking for a simple exchange, that's it!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to SPEAK with someone, anyone from this company in regards to receiving an incorrect size, and I would like to exchange that item for the correct size.
