Very negative...1 on a scale of 1 to 10...hired clean cut tree services, Darin and John to trim 2 large trees in front yard...we decided jointly to reduce tree size greatly...during trim process flowers were crushed, john noted it and said the 4 plants would be replaced..(they originally planted them) when finished they loosely tied trimmings in bundles that were much larger and heavier than city allows and stacked larger cut limbs also, all on grass in front of house near street...the pile was appx 6ft high and covered apox 50 ft across ...I was told the city of cape coral would provide pick up during their scheduled weekly pick up....City refused to pick up this massive pile of trimmings and tree logs, stating that they did not comply with city regulations and that if a consumer hires a professional tree trimming service it is the company's responsibility to remove said trimmings...after many unanswered calls and texts to darin and, especially John I was left to hire another local tree co to come out to the house with a very large claw truck, a large vehicle with a scoop like attachment to grab large refuse...te cost to me, $275...after leaving a voicemail and text message to John describing the steps I was going to take with city, county, social media, craigs list etc I finally got a text response, after negotiation we agreed to split cost of removal of trimmings, buy and plant 4 damaged plants, that wato happen after he teturned from a job out of town, appx a week...no John, no retutn communications, etc...this is the game plan for this business and it's owners, see other reviews, it's. what they do....cape coral fl and surrounding area, please be wsry of this business and avoid hiring them if possible.....
