In answer to this complaint I would like to say that our store policy is "No refunds without receipt or store credit only". Also item has to be returned within five working days.  It is not worth the hassle on this complaint tofight it so if he would bring the item back with his credit card we...

will refund it to his credit card.  Also for your FYI he looked the item over at the store before he purchased it.  Thank you
